A propos

As an agricultural engineer, Céline Henrard began her career implementing projects: “Mangrove rice cultivation” in Guinea-Conakry, “Agricultural extension” in North Vietnam, and “Local development on the outskirts of the Lésio-Gorilla Natural Reserve”. Louna” in Congo Brazzaville.

Then, she supported the Delegation of the European Union in Brazzaville: i) granting of grants (drafting of Calls for Proposals and evaluation of project proposals) and ii) support for the implementation of grant contracts, through the beneficiary NGOs, according to EU management procedures. In this context, I also provided training in project design (logical framework, budget, etc.) and in management of an EU grant (tools, procurement procedures, eligibility, communication, etc.) to Congolese NGOs .

Now, based in Belgium, she carries out short-term missions, always towards Africa. In turn trainer, “expert” in project formulation/EU fund management procedures, evaluator, etc., for various development/conservation actors, such as African Parks Network, Virunga Foundation, Forgotten Parks, Sahara Conservation Fund , Wildlife Chimpanzee Foundation, Nature +, etc.), but also for the Postgraduate Regional School of Integrated Planning and Management of Forests and Tropical Territories (ERAIFT) based in Kinshasa, and for European design offices (AGRECO , SHER, GOPA, TEREA, etc.).
